Health and Wellbeing Coaching could be just what you need to take the first step towards a brighter and happier you. Working as a Health and Wellbeing Cognitive Behaviour Coach offers clients a holistic approach to embracing their health and well-being with weekly walk and talk sessions available including additional support sessions via phone, text / What's App messaging.

    While my face-to-face counselling and coaching sessions are held in Bournemouth (close to Poole and Christchurch) I am also able to offer online appointments enabling you to work from your preferred space at a time to suit you. I am committed to providing counselling and coaching in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.

    I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

    In addition to working as a Counsellor in Bournemouth, I work with clients as a Personal trainer and Pilates instructor.I believe in understanding and supporting clients as a whole person which includes both physical and emotional well-being. During lock-down, a number of my clients have completed the Couch to 5K challenge. The south coast across Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch provides the perfect environment to support this with our beautiful beaches and spacious parks. Now lockdown measures have been lifted I am delighted to be back working with clients face to face from my private gym in Bournemouth as well as offering a variety of online Pilates classes.

    I am definitely not your average Personal Trainer. I am committed to working with my clients as whole beings and actively listening to what they specifically need from their sessions. Life is about achieving balance in every area of your life and I work empathically and sensitively to help you achieve this. As your Personal Trainer, we will work together for every part of your fitness journey. I will utilise my knowledge, skills, and uniqueness to motivate and enhance your ability to achieve the best version of yourself. I work from my own private gym in Bournemouth which offers clients a bespoke service specifically focusing on you and your fitness.

    As a Pilates Instructor, I am passionate about the many advantages it can offer to both body and mind. It can improve posture, balance, reduce stress, mobilise joints, strengthen your core and lengthen your muscles. I use all of the Pilates fundamentals during personal training sessions to ensure you execute the best techniques and form to offer you the best fitness outcome possible.     New Arrivals At Body And Mind Matter
    I have recently taken delivery of a JTX Cross Trainer. Incorporating the use of a cross-trainer into a workout can aid weight loss, prevent injuries and promote safe exercise techniques. It can improve muscular strength by working the whole body whilst protecting joints and improving heart and lung function. Cross Trainer workouts can complement those clients working towards existing fitness goals or beginners who are new to fitness and have minimal experience with gym equipment.
