I offer my clients a holistic approach to embracing their health and well-being with weekly walk-and-talk sessions available including additional support sessions via phone, text / WhatsApp messaging.

While my face-to-face coaching sessions are held in Bournemouth (close to Poole and Christchurch) I am also able to offer online appointments enabling you to work from your preferred space at a time to suit you. I am committed to providing coaching in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time, to enable you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
